Refunds and Returns

An order may be cancelled, if it has not already been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.

If you wish to cancel a previously placed order, please email contact@andreemery.com and we will gladly assist you.

In the event that the order cannot be cancelled, you are able to return the order for a full refund (less shipping cost). For a full refund, please make sure your return is postmarked within 14 days of order date.

Note that sale items, jewelry, intimates (including bathing suits and bodysuits), made to order dresses, accessories and gift cards are final sale.

Worn, washed, and/or damaged items will not be accepted for return. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.

For defective item claims: contact us within 3 days of delivery date.

Refund or Store Credit: Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of order date.  All made to order dresses/garments are final sale. 

Store Credit Only: Returns must be postmarked within 15 - 30 days of order date.

Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory. If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item. A refund/store credit for the original item will be issued depending on the postmarked date of the returned item (excludes Final Sale items).

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at your own expense. You have the option to apply return shipping costs on your credit card or have the item(s) sent back in a future purchase.

We hold unaccepted returns for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.

Product Pricing and Information

Although we have made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products depend upon the monitor of the user, and we cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products.

Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.

Shipping

Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the address on file. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.

Once your order is placed a standard processing time of up to 10 business days is required before the order is shipped out. Orders placed after 11:00 AM (EST) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 8:00 AM (EST). During peak periods, processing times may exceed 2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Taxes

The prices listed on individual product pages are calculated based on the location you are shopping from. In order to ensure you’re seeing the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery fees while you browse, make sure to select your shipping country at the bottom of any page.
